Commercial Solicitor – 3‑5 PQE – Berkshire

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join a growing practice in Berkshire. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, ranging from start‑ups and charities to SMEs and the UK subsidiaries of multinational organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial matters independently.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, bespoke agreements and licences.
• Provide advice on intellectual property, IT and data‑protection issues.
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and corporate matters.
• Contribute to business development and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑5 years PQE in commercial law, either in private practice or in‑house.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver practical, business‑focused advice.
• Proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills and interest in mentoring.
