Commercial Solicitor

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing commercial and corporate team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have at least two years of post‑qualification experience, preferably with exposure to property law, and will be eager to develop a specialist career across a broad range of commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft documents for corporate, employment, and commercial transactions.
• Handle property‑related matters including contracts, development, landlord & tenant, and lease negotiations.
• Support clients in intellectual property, IT, and agricultural law issues.
• Assist senior partners with complex commercial disputes and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in property law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
