Commercial Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join our team in Croydon. You will provide high‑quality legal advice on commercial matters, support a diverse client base, and manage a varied caseload within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial contracts, negotiations and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research and produce clear, risk‑based opinions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve legal issues.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely delivery of services.

Required profile

• A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Strong analytical judgement and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Professional, impartial and able to work collaboratively under pressure.
• Willingness to develop expertise across advisory, litigation and commercial law areas.
