About the role

Join a leading national law firm as a Commercial Solicitor in a Professional Support capacity. You will work closely with fee‑earners across a broad commercial practice, helping to elevate the firm’s knowledge management, legal innovation and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to commercial law.
• Produce thought‑leadership articles and deliver technical training sessions.
• Conduct complex legal research and draft high‑quality precedents and template documents.
• Support business development initiatives and drive best‑practice across the team.
• Ensure lawyers have access to up‑to‑date resources and practical guidance.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Strong experience in commercial law and excellent drafting and research abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex legal developments clearly.
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
