Commercial Support Consultant – Conveyancing

About the role

InfoTrack is seeking a Commercial Support Consultant to join its conveyancing technology team in London. You will help commercial property professionals maximise the value of InfoTrack’s platform, providing expert assistance throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line and second‑line support to commercial real‑estate clients via phone, email and online channels.
• Respond to enquiries about property searches, transaction services and platform functionality.
• Investigate and resolve client issues within agreed service levels, escalating complex technical matters when required.
• Keep clients informed throughout the resolution process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Troubleshoot user issues and system errors, guiding clients to use the platform confidently.
• Assist clients with updates, new‑feature adoption and best‑practice usage of InfoTrack products.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Account Manager, Managed Services Team and internal support groups to achieve excellent client outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Enthusiasm for learning legal technology and commercial property processes.
