About the role

We are partnering with a respected property consultancy in Norfolk to recruit a Commercial Valuation Surveyor. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across East England while developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional commercial property valuations for lending, financial reporting, taxation, pension funds, investment and asset management purposes.
• Work across a varied portfolio that includes retail, office and industrial assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and key stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex, high‑value instructions.

Required profile

• MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent report‑writing skills.
• Solid understanding of the commercial property market, preferably in Norfolk/East of England.
• Confident communicator with a client‑service focus.
• Full UK driving licence.
