Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales team in the Bristol area. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing departmental profit, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for a market‑leading brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the commercial sales team to achieve targets.
• Maximise commercial sales and departmental profit.
• Ensure sales and referral processes are strictly followed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and brand partners.
• Meet manufacturer targets by capitalising on all sales opportunities.
• Provide a first‑class customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Promote a culture of value and outstanding service.

Required profile

• Proven commercial vehicle experience in a franchised dealership.
• Track record of success in a similar sales management role.
• Full understanding of manufacturer targets and standards.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
