About the role
We are looking for a Commis Waiter to join the restaurant team at Rosewood London, a luxury 5‑star hotel in Central London. The role supports the floor staff in delivering refined, guest‑focused service across all meal periods.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange appropriate mise en place for each service.
- Assist the floor team by delivering food to guests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
Required profile
- Team‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage tasks independently.
- Polished grooming and professional appearance.
- Passionate about guest service and taking ownership of the experience.
- Adaptable to changing conditions on the floor.
