Commission‑Only Field Sales Partner (Fintech)

About the role

Join a leading fintech brand as an independent Field Sales Partner. You will build your own business by acquiring merchants for SumUp’s payment solutions, earning uncapped commissions based on your performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new merchant leads within your local area.
• Present SumUp’s hardware and software payment solutions to prospects.
• Negotiate and close contracts, securing upfront fees and recurring revenue.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to maximise merchant transaction volume.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to unlock higher earnings.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with a commission‑only income structure.

Required skills

• Proven sales experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Understanding of payment processing and merchant acquisition.

What we offer

• Upfront commission of 50% on the contract value.
• Lifetime residuals of 25% on merchant transaction volume for up to 5 years.
