Communications and Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Communications and Marketing Intern to support our Communications team in Bristol. You will help create content, assist with campaigns and manage digital channels, gaining practical experience in a purpose‑led, not‑for‑profit environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft content for newsletters and internal communications.
• Support social media planning and scheduling.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and engagement activities.
• Update website content and ensure information is current.
• Monitor communication channels and respond to queries.
• Help review and improve overall communications.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills.
• Confidence using digital tools.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in marketing, communications or digital content (desirable).
• Minimum age of 17 and ability to commit at least three days per week.
