Communications Coordinator

About the role

Perkins&Will’s London studio is looking for a proactive Communications Coordinator to support the Marketing team. Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will help raise the profile of the practice’s people, projects and ideas across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with PR activities, including project announcements, thought‑leadership pieces, studio news and people initiatives.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms in line with studio priorities and the corporate communications calendar.
• Maintain and update website content and manage digital asset libraries.
• Prepare award submissions, attend ceremonies and handle related administration.
• Produce internal communications to keep studios informed about news, events and achievements.
• Coordinate photography shoots, organise image libraries and support visual asset management.
• Research and arrange speaking opportunities, manage memberships and support industry‑engagement initiatives.
• Upload materials to online marketing libraries and keep documentation and databases up to date.
• Support consistency and quality across all communications materials.

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in architecture, design, sustainability and the built environment.
• Eager to learn and develop within a communications and marketing role.
