Communications Coordinator

About the role

Thales Group is seeking a Communications Coordinator to deliver high‑quality external communications supporting UK campaigns and account plans. Working in a hybrid setting across locations such as Crawley, Green Park and Glasgow, you will create content, manage media relations and amplify events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content for websites, social media, media relations and customer communications.
• Manage PR, digital presence and event communication tactics.
• Prepare media briefings and coordinate with agencies and internal teams.
• Maintain editorial calendars and support measurement and reporting of communication activities.

Required profile

• Strong writing and digital content creation abilities.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyse data and adapt across different sectors.
• Knowledge of defence, security and technology sectors is a plus.
