Communications Executive

About the role

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a Communications Executive to own and deliver the brand’s voice across social, email and internal channels. You will work closely with the Demand Generation Manager and a fast‑moving marketing team, shaping content strategy and execution from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the social media calendar, create and publish engaging content, and optimise audience reach through testing and analysis.
• Write, edit and schedule email campaigns, adapt core messaging for different audiences and track performance.
• Apply and safeguard Baltic’s tone of voice across all communications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Coordinate internal communications, support culture and employee initiatives, and keep internal materials up‑to‑date.
• Brief creative designers, manage asset production, and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Activate brand partnerships and memberships, maximise their value and report on usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications or content creation.
• Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for different channels.
• Proven track record of growing engagement on social or email platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing platform.
• Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
• Content scheduling tools for social and email.
