Communications & Marketing Executive

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm that advises clients in the creative, media, technology and entrepreneurial sectors. Working closely with the Communications & Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders, you will help shape the firm’s external profile and strengthen its internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate PR activity, identify media opportunities and support wider communications campaigns.
• Create and edit high‑quality content for websites, articles, marketing materials, social media and other digital channels.
• Manage legal directory and award submissions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and produce engaging marketing collateral.
• Lead internal communications initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, events and change communications.
• Develop and maintain the firm’s internal communications platform.
• Monitor communications performance and recommend improvements to boost engagement.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years’ experience in communications or marketing, preferably within professional services.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and editing abilities, with the capacity to adapt style for different audiences.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and keen eye for detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with marketing, CRM and design platforms (beneficial).
