Communications, PR & Events Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Communications, PR & Events Coordinator to enhance our client’s brand presence, engage stakeholders, and deliver high‑impact events. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, handling multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal and external communications across digital and print channels.
• Support PR activities, including press releases, media liaison and brand storytelling.
• Coordinate and execute corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and promotional activities.
• Manage social media content, scheduling and performance reporting.
• Create marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, presentations and web content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with media contacts, suppliers, partners and internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Assist with crisis communications and reputation management when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, PR, marketing or events coordination.
• Excellent writing, editing and attention‑to‑detail.
• Confidence managing events from planning through delivery.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills at all levels.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content.
