Community Arts Engagement Manager

About the role

Imperial Health Charity is seeking a Community Arts Engagement Manager to design and deliver creative programmes that enhance health and wellbeing for patients, NHS staff and local communities across its West London hospitals. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while collaborating with clinical teams and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate community‑focused arts projects that address key population health priorities.
• Lead the delivery of the “Beyond Our Walls” programme, creating inclusive artistic experiences for diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with NHS clinicians, service users, local artists and community organisations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Promote the impact of arts‑in‑health initiatives through data collection and storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community arts, cultural programming or a related field.
• Excellent partnership‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of how arts can support health, wellbeing and social inclusion.
• Ability to work creatively within a healthcare environment and navigate NHS structures.
