About the role

Join Agincare as a Community Care Assistant providing personal care to female clients in their own homes. This role focuses on preserving dignity, offering companionship, and supporting daily living activities while delivering a high standard of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care to female clients in their homes, ensuring dignity and privacy.
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship, engage in conversation, and support clients with mobility and household tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others and a caring, empathetic nature.
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months remaining).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Willingness to work alternating weekends.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow training and care protocols.
