Community Carer – Support Vulnerable People at Home

About the role

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Community Carers, providing person‑centred care to vulnerable adults in their own homes across the North West. No prior experience is required – full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist service users with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Support domestic tasks including meal preparation, cleaning and shopping.
• Administer medication and help with health‑related appointments when required.
• Accompany clients on community outings and encourage social interaction.

Required profile

• Genuine desire to help people and improve their quality of life.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (initial fee paid by applicant).
• Flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time hours.

Required skills

What we offer

• £13.45 per hour (full‑time or part‑time).
• Time‑and‑a‑half / double pay on Bank Holidays.
• 0.45p per mile mileage contribution.
