About the role
We are recruiting a Community & Events Fundraising Manager for a Bedfordshire‑based charity. The role will drive revenue and strengthen community engagement through the delivery and development of community and events fundraising initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage budgets, set targets and monitor performance.
- Use insights and data to improve fundraising activity.
- Develop and deliver community and events fundraising programmes.
- Strengthen community engagement and relationships with the charity.
Required profile
- Proven experience in community and events fundraising.
- Track record of improving team performance by implementing KPIs.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- KPI implementation and tracking.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from £45,000 to £53,000 per year, dependent on experience.
- Excellent benefits package.
