Community Fundraiser

About the role

The Talent Set is partnering with a leading health charity to find a Community Fundraiser who will lead community engagement, organise events and boost awareness and support for the charity’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the organisation’s mission.
• Organise and deliver fundraising events, campaigns and activities within local communities.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, volunteers and supporters to maximise participation.
• Identify new opportunities for fundraising growth and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of donations, activities and supporter engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure initiatives align with organisational goals.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of outreach programmes.

Required profile

• Experience in community fundraising, charity events or stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to organise and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with supporters and partners.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

What we offer

• Salary: £31,000 per annum.
• Home‑based work covering Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire, with occasional travel and team meetings.
