Community & Growth Manager (Reddit)

About the role

We are looking for a Community & Growth Manager to own Flo’s presence on Reddit and other high‑trust earned channels. The role sits at the intersection of community management and growth marketing, shaping how our health‑focused app is perceived, recommended, and chosen by users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the earned‑channel strategy across Reddit, closed communities (e.g., Facebook groups, Discord, forums) and third‑party review platforms.
• Engage daily on Reddit, monitoring organic mentions, competitive threads and sensitive conversations.
• Develop response playbooks in partnership with Legal, Medical and PR teams.
• Run community‑native programmes such as AMAs, feedback threads and user‑advocacy initiatives.
• Build a structured user‑testimonials programme to serve as an acquisition asset.
• Translate community signals into actionable insights for Product and Communications teams.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in community management, growth marketing or earned media.
• Hands‑on expertise with Reddit, including platform fluency and community engagement.
• Understanding of how community platforms influence organic search visibility.
• Ability to navigate sensitive health‑related topics, privacy concerns and negative brand narratives.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience building scalable processes.
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration skills in fast‑moving environments.
