Community Manager – Premium Co‑Working Space (Borough, London)

About the role
We are seeking a confident and personable Community Manager to be the face of a premium co‑working space in Borough, London. The role is front‑of‑house, client‑focused and combines customer experience, operations and community building.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to drive member satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the space meets high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings, set‑ups and related enquiries.
- Support and host community events, networking sessions and other member activities.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and resolve client queries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a client‑facing, front‑of‑house or co‑working environment.
- Natural relationship‑builder with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering community.
