Community Manager – Student Accommodation

About the role

Join a purpose‑built student accommodation operator as the heartbeat of their Leeds residence. You will be the friendly, trusted point of contact for students, shaping a vibrant, wellbeing‑focused community where residents feel at home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, supportive resident experience and act as the first point of contact.
• Build and nurture community through daily engagement and meaningful interactions.
• Plan, organise and run events that promote wellbeing, culture and creativity.
• Drive resident engagement via social media, newsletters and in‑building communication channels.
• Support building operations, conduct visual checks and report safety issues.
• Assist with compliance tasks such as fire alarm support and contractor access.
• Lead, coach and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
• Support sales and re‑booking through tours, enquiries and resident advocacy.
• Maintain high front‑of‑house standards and track engagement KPIs.

Required profile

• Calm, solutions‑focused approach in challenging situations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading or supporting a small team.
