As a Community Operations Lead you will own one of the organisation's flagship community programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and an outstanding experience for participants. This early‑career position offers real responsibility from day one, combining programme delivery, project management and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of community programmes across multiple sites.
• Manage schedules, resources and operational logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community partners and internal teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for participants and external stakeholders.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve programme quality.
• Support the launch of new initiatives and help scale impact.

Required profile

• Graduates or 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and take ownership of projects.
