Community Specialist – Hybrid (4 days in office)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Community Specialist to join a fast‑growing, founder‑led beauty brand. You will be the voice of the brand across social media, paid advertising, email and community channels, providing personalised skincare advice and fostering genuine conversations that build trust and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers on all platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, reviews and enquiries promptly.
• Recommend products and create personalised skincare routines.
• Educate customers on ingredients and product benefits.
• Build and nurture an engaged online community.
• Identify recurring questions, trends and feedback.
• Analyse community activity and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer experience, community management or social media.
• A genuine passion for skincare.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Confidence managing conversations across multiple channels.
• Empathetic, organised and proactive.
• Eagerness to continuously develop skincare and ingredient knowledge.
