As a Community Team Manager at AllChild, you will play a pivotal role in driving local impact by overseeing program implementation and fostering strong community connections to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Main Missions

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of Link Workers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the implementation of AllChild programs across a designated cluster of local schools.
• Act as a key liaison between schools, local services, community organizations, and Early Help partners.
• Coordinate multi-partner support efforts to ensure seamless integration within the local support system.
• Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate interventions through effective stakeholder management.

• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Strong passion for supporting children, youth, and family welfare.
• Exceptional collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
