Complaints Investigator - Night Shift

About the role

Join a leading global healthcare and medical‑device manufacturer as a Complaints Investigator on the night shift. You will work in a structured, process‑driven environment, analysing returned medical products to uncover root causes and support continuous quality improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations of returned medical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Use internal software to track complaint trends, identify recurring issues and generate analytical reports.
• Suggest and implement workflow and documentation improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders to share findings and support quality‑assurance objectives.
• Participate in pre‑launch activities to ensure complaint handling systems are ready for new product introductions.

Required profile

• Proficient with Excel, Word and internal documentation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
• Analytical mindset capable of recognising trends and drawing data‑driven insights.
• Excellent written communication for clear documentation and collaboration.
• Minimum education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Desirable: experience in lab practices, root‑cause analysis, regulated environments or complaint handling in healthcare, pharma or diagnostics.
