About the role

I’m currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Grade A Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded Serious & Complex Injury team in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to handle high‑value and complex litigated claims within a supportive, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims
Handling matters from inception through to settlement, pre‑ and post‑issue
Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss
Attending hearings, conferences and settlement meetings
Working closely with clients, medical experts, barristers and other stakeholders
Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues

Required profile

Qualified Solicitor (Grade A)
Proven experience handling high‑value complex personal injury claims
Ability to manage cases from inception to settlement
