Complex Liability Adjuster – Home Based (South East England)

About the role

We are seeking two Complex Liability Adjusters to join our International loss adjusting practice. Working from home in the South East of England, you will manage high-value personal injury and third‑party property damage claims exceeding £100,000, delivering the premium service expected by our leading principals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle complex liability claims, both personal injury and property damage, above £100,000.
• Prepare detailed loss reports and negotiate settlements with insurers and claimants.
• Maintain high standards of service for top‑tier principals and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with senior adjusters and support teams to deliver timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling liability losses exceeding £100,000.
• Background in personal injury and/or third‑party property damage adjusting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Progress towards CII/CILA qualification is desirable but not essential.
