Complex Liability Adjuster

About the role

Sedgwick is hiring a Complex Liability Adjuster in the North of England for a permanent position. You will manage high-value and complex liability claims and investigate and settle them, typically in public, employers' and products liability. The role combines technical claim handling with client relationship work, and offers a hybrid office and remote arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-value and complex liability claims
• Investigate and settle claims, typically in public, employers' and products liability
• Meet clients to strengthen existing relationships in local and national markets and build new ones

Required profile

• Progression towards ACII/ACILA preferred
• Full UK driving licence, as travel by car is essential
• Demonstrable experience handling complex liability claims and settling high-value claims
• Ability to liaise with clients and help develop client relationships
• Willingness to work independently and flexibly
