Complex Manager – Over 55’s Housing

About the role

This part‑time position involves managing an Over‑55s housing scheme, ensuring residents receive a high level of service and the building remains secure and well maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, act as key‑holder and ensure security of communal areas.
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, handling enquiries, emergencies and coordinating with internal teams.
• Organise and prioritise workload to deliver timely facilities services across the scheme and any additional sites in the region.
• Maintain records and use IT systems to support housing and building management processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, flexible and able to respond to emergencies.
• Previous experience in facilities or housing management.
• Ability to travel across the South East region as needed.

Required skills

• Good IT proficiency with standard office and housing management software.
