Complex Manager – Over 55's Housing

About the role

This permanent part‑time position supports residents of Over 55's housing schemes by managing building access, security and day‑to‑day resident services. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for occupants, contractors and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.
• Hold the building keys and maintain security of communal areas and facilities.
• Act as the primary contact for residents, handling enquiries and emergencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver housing services and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Organise and prioritise your own workload, covering multiple schemes across the region as required.
• Travel to other sites within the Kent area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑care and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage emergencies effectively.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work across different schemes and travel as needed.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Clear criminal record check clearance.
