Complex Needs Support Worker Day and Night

About the role

ROCASA Consulting Limited is seeking dedicated Complex Needs Support Workers to provide day and night support for highly vulnerable adults. You will work either day shifts (8:00‑16:30 or 12:00‑20:00) or night shifts (20:00‑08:00) on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis, delivering trauma‑informed, outcome‑focused care.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strength‑based relationships with residents and develop personalised support plans.
• Deliver 1‑to‑1 support sessions, interventions and sign‑posting to promote independence.
• Manage a caseload, ensuring each resident receives appropriate levels of support.
• Assist residents with tenancy paperwork, benefits understanding and identify knowledge gaps for future planning.
• Maintain high safeguarding standards to protect residents, colleagues and the wider community.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting clients with complex needs such as drug & alcohol misuse, substance misuse, homelessness, mental‑health challenges and a history of offending.
• Ability to work flexibly across day, evening and night shifts.
• Commitment to trauma‑informed practice and safeguarding principles.
