About the role
This position offers the chance to work in an inclusive school environment, supporting children with profound learning difficulties, physical disabilities and complex medical needs. You will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals to help each child thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and 1‑to‑1 support where required.
- Encourage independence, participation and celebrate every achievement.
- Assist with communication and foster a positive, safe relationship.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored support.
