Compliance Administrator – Building Services

About the role

Skanska is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the Building Services Operating Unit in Maidstone. You will ensure that Kent County Council assets are maintained to the highest standards, coordinating preventive maintenance and compliance activities across internal engineers and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks and remedial works, recording updates in the internal CAFM system promptly.
• Communicate with the supply chain to schedule and complete maintenance requirements before due dates.
• Ensure PPMs and statutory tasks meet contract and legislative requirements, handling KPI deductions where applicable.
• Review, upload, and manage compliance documentation for PPM tasks on SharePoint.
• Provide administrative support to the Contract & Performance Team, including business reports and trackers.
• Administer QA and auditing activities across the site.

Required profile

• Knowledge of compliance and data analysis within building services.
• Proficient use of Office 360 and BIM.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
