Compliance Administrator

About the role

The Compliance Administrator will support the Head of Risk & Compliance in maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance across the business. This full‑time position is based in Manchester and involves a mix of audit support, policy management and incident reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with client, third‑party and internal audits, as well as due‑diligence reviews.
• Support regular risk reviews and ensure mitigation plans are up to date.
• Help the Head of Risk & Compliance with Business Continuity, Information Security, GDPR and related regulatory matters.
• Organise and minute quarterly Information Security and Health & Safety meetings, track actions and produce monthly reports.
• Maintain training records, arrange external training and update policies in line with regulatory changes.
• Log data‑breach incidents, produce monthly reports and assist with investigations.
• Process DSAR requests and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), providing regular updates.
• Order PPE for new starters and keep the Risk & Compliance hub current.
• Support business transition projects and perform any other reasonable duties.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented with experience in a compliance or administrative role, preferably within insurance or loss adjusting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to translate complex information into practical actions.
• Highly organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent planning and project‑management skills with confidence in supporting audits and risk reviews.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in business continuity, information security and GDPR compliance.
