Compliance Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our client’s team in Warrington. In this role you will support financial planners and investment managers by ensuring that all client files meet regulatory standards and by assisting with onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed compliance checks on client files and documentation.
• Assist financial planners and investment managers with onboarding new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and regulatory updates.
• Identify and flag any discrepancies or non‑compliant items.
• Support the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy and literacy.
• Understanding of financial planning regulations and products (preferred).
• Background in compliance or file checking within financial services (preferred).
• Education to A‑level standard or equivalent.
• Relevant qualification such as CII PFS diploma (advantageous but not essential).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
