Compliance Advisory Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Compliance Advisory Manager will support the Head of Compliance Oversight in ensuring the bank meets all regulatory, legal and internal policy requirements. Based in London, the role focuses on corporate banking activities and works closely with senior management and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct horizon scanning to identify regulatory changes affecting the bank.
• Provide specialist advice to business units, committees and senior management.
• Assist in the evaluation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and processes.
• Deliver the Annual Compliance Plan and ensure timely completion of policy reviews.
• Perform monitoring, testing, reporting, analysis and investigations to identify and remediate compliance and data‑protection risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance function within financial services.
• Experience in UK retail and corporate banking, preferably with international banks operating UK branches.
• Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment (FCA, PRA, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in compliance monitoring and risk remediation.
