Compliance Coordinator – Housing & Regeneration

About the role

The London Borough of Harrow is looking for a proactive Compliance Coordinator to join its Housing & Regeneration division. Working onsite at Forward Drive, you will help ensure that all housing‑related compliance activities are carried out accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination of compliance checks across the division.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records, logs and compliance documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries and updates for managers and external partners.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external agencies to confirm completion of compliance actions.
• Provide general administrative and organisational support to the wider team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in compliance or coordination within housing, regeneration or a similar regulatory environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced local authority setting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
