Compliance Lead

About the role

Win-Berry is seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to oversee compliance, accreditation and governance across its growing renewable energy portfolio. The role focuses on documentation, regulatory compliance and audit management rather than site inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with accreditation and certification bodies.
• Lead external audits, assessments and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures and document control.
• Oversee accreditation renewals, submissions and corrective actions.
• Develop and improve compliance processes across multiple businesses.
• Coordinate health & safety documentation, RAMS and incident reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance reporting.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure consistent standards.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance, quality assurance or regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of accreditation frameworks such as MCS, NAPIT or similar.
• Experience managing audits and compliance documentation.
• Strong policy and SOP writing skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units.
• Confident communication with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
