Composite Laminator – £22-£30 per hour (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join our production teams in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire on long‑term contract assignments. You will work on high‑profile engineering programmes for motorsport, automotive and aerospace manufacturers, delivering high‑quality composite components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform carbon‑fibre pre‑preg lay‑up and wet lay‑up where required.
• Carry out vacuum bagging operations and trim finished components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, lay‑up manuals and work instructions.
• Meet strict quality and production targets while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Required profile

• Solid previous experience as a Composite Laminator.
• Background in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, defence or high‑performance manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work with carbon‑fibre composites.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility for shift patterns and overtime.
