Composite Laminator – £22-£30/hr, 6+ month contracts

About the role

We are recruiting experienced Composite Laminators for multiple long‑term contracts with leading manufacturers in the motorsport, automotive and aerospace sectors. You will work in modern, clean manufacturing facilities in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire, producing high‑quality composite components for high‑profile engineering programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Carbon fibre pre‑preg lay‑up
• Wet lay‑up where applicable
• Vacuum bagging of composite parts
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and lay‑up manuals
• Working to strict quality and production targets
• Trimming and preparing components as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Required profile

• Solid previous experience as a Composite Laminator
• Background in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, defence or high‑performance manufacturing
• Experience working with carbon fibre composites
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and flexible approach to shift patterns and overtime
