Composite Technician – Advanced Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Composite Technician to join an innovative manufacturing business that designs, develops and produces advanced composite products. You will work within a dedicated production team, delivering high‑quality composite components while upholding safety, quality and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lamination and vacuum bagging of composite components.
• Cutting, grinding, sanding and finishing of parts.
• Following technical drawings and work instructions.
• Operating production machinery and hand tools.
• Supporting assembly, fitting and packing of finished products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or composite production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and drawings.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team‑player mindset.
• Focus on health and safety.
