Composite Technician – Motorsport & Automotive (West Sussex)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Composite Technicians to join a leading composites manufacturer in West Sussex, working on high‑performance automotive and motorsport components.

Key responsibilities

• Produce premium composite parts following technical drawings and lay‑up schedules.
• Handle pre‑preg carbon fibre, perform trimming, bagging and clean‑room processes.
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet increased output targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a composite laminator or technician.
• Background in motorsport, automotive, aerospace or high‑performance composites.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and lay‑up schedules.
• Commitment to quality and safety in a clean‑room environment.

What we offer

• Day shift at £23 per hour, night and weekend shifts at £25 per hour.
