About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to deliver engaging KS3‑KS5 lessons across secondary schools in West London. You will inspire students to develop computational thinking, programming skills and a passion for technology while supporting their academic progress.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess the Computer Science curriculum for KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience valued).
- Create inclusive, innovative lessons that incorporate programming, algorithms and computer systems.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross‑curricular projects.
- Communicate student progress to parents and guardians.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
- Strong subject knowledge in programming, algorithms, computational thinking and computer systems.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting student progress.
