Concierge – Front‑of‑House Service

About the role

Our client is looking for a proactive Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors in a busy residential building in London. The role combines hospitality, property management and security duties, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who enters the premises.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver front‑of‑house service to residents, visitors and contractors.
• Manage parcels, deliveries and secure hand‑over procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact for queries and issue resolution.
• Carry out regular building patrols and support health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Assist with amenity bookings and daily resident services.
• Liaise with maintenance and operational teams as required.
• Maintain accurate shift handovers and clear team communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, property, security or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
