Concrete Coordinator

About the role

The Concrete Coordinator will join a growing Dorset business, supporting customers and coordinating the supply of ready‑mixed concrete products and services. Based initially in Three Legged Cross, the role will move to modern offices in Canford within nine months.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of ready‑mixed concrete to customers.
• Provide friendly, professional telephone and face‑to‑face customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using company systems.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely supply.
• Assist with stock and delivery scheduling as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or coordination.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
