Concur Travel & Expenses Analyst

About the role

The Concur T&E Analyst supports IVC Evidensia’s multi‑country rollout of SAP Concur and the corporate card programme. Working within Global Business Services, you will be the first point of contact for travel and expense queries, helping colleagues across 19 countries manage their expenses efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Concur T&E and corporate card queries, triaging, resolving and escalating within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain high‑quality case notes and ensure queries are handled within defined timescales.
• Provide guidance and user documentation to promote first‑time correct claims.
• Support the rollout and ongoing operation of Concur across new countries, covering colleagues during absences.
• Collaborate with Concur T&E Administrators and the Purchasing Card Programme Administrator.
• Identify and implement fixes that prevent recurring issues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Concur in a live implementation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multi‑country environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Flexibility to shift between support queue, reporting, audit follow‑up and data‑quality tasks.
