Conference Producer

About the role

As a Conference Producer at RX Global, you will design and deliver world‑class conference programmes for internationally recognised events such as the World Hydrogen Summit, Hydrogen Americas and The London Book Fair. You will shape industry conversations, inspire senior audiences and drive commercial success through insight‑led content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and conference plans based on customer insight and audience behaviour.
• Produce research‑based conference agendas and event formats for multiple audience segments.
• Identify, secure and manage high‑profile speakers from leading organisations.
• Collaborate with sponsors to create practitioner‑focused presentations that meet exhibitor and visitor objectives.
• Support visitor acquisition and content marketing initiatives with marketing teams.
• Partner with sales teams to uncover sponsorship opportunities and develop new revenue‑generating products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, associations, vendors and internal teams.
• Manage event timelines and analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing conference programmes for high‑profile, international events.
• Strong research skills to identify emerging trends and audience needs.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with speakers, sponsors and industry stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving event revenue and success.
