Construction Adjusting Head

About the role

The Construction Adjusting Head will lead the creation of a new Construction & Engineering Division within a fast‑growing loss adjusting practice. Reporting directly to the Executive Board, you will have full autonomy to design strategies, policies, and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Construction & Engineering Division.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of specialist construction and engineering adjusters.
• Maintain and grow relationships with an established client base to ensure early support for the new unit.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align division goals with overall company objectives.
• Implement operational processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in specialist construction and/or engineering adjusting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Formal qualifications such as A/FCILA are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong technical expertise in loss adjusting practices.
• Willingness to work remotely from any location within the UK.
